When you need to be away, trust your pup to Camp Opie’s caring team and our home-away-from-home experience, complete with personalized attention, comfortable accommodations, and plenty of playtime. The camp recommends that dogs attend at least one day of daycare (three days is ideal) prior to an overnight or extended boarding stay. This allows the dog to get comfortable with the staff and facility, and gives the staff an opportunity to learn the dog’s personality and preferences. Owners are encouraged to bring the dog’s own food to maintain their regular diet. Camp Opie will also accommodate any special dietary needs or oral medication requirements at no extra charge.
